Our refund and cancellation terms for all BossFx Academy products and services.

1. Overview
At BossFx Academy, we stand behind the quality of our education and tools. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for each of our products and services. Because our products are digital in nature and delivered electronically, refund terms vary by product type.
2. BossFx SMA Pro Trend EA ($49.99)
The BossFx SMA Pro Trend EA is sold exclusively through the MQL5 Market. All purchases of the EA are subject to MQL5 Market's refund and return policy. BossFx Academy does not process EA purchases or refunds directly.
If you experience issues with the EA after purchase, you may:
- Contact MQL5 Market support to initiate a refund request under their terms.
- Reach out to us at hello@bossfxcademy.com for technical support and troubleshooting before requesting a return.
We encourage all buyers to review the EA's description, requirements, and documentation on the MQL5 Market listing before purchasing. The EA requires MetaTrader 5 and a compatible broker account to function.
3. Forex 101 Course
Enrolment in the Forex 101 Course is processed via contact form application and payment through our secure checkout. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of enrolment.
If you are not satisfied with the course within the first 7 days of enrolment, you may request a full refund. To qualify:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your enrolment date.
- You must email hello@bossfxcademy.com with your full name, email address used at enrolment, and a brief reason for the refund.
- Access to course materials will be revoked upon refund approval.
After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued for the Forex 101 Course, as the digital content will have been made available to you.
4. 1-on-1 Mentorship ($199/month)
The 1-on-1 Mentorship programme is a recurring monthly subscription billed through our secure payment provider. This is a month-to-month commitment with no long-term contract.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@bossfxcademy.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to mentorship for the remainder of the paid period.
- Refunds: No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you will not be charged for the following month, but the current month's payment is non-refundable.
- First month: If you are dissatisfied with the mentorship experience, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. This applies to the first month only.
5. Group Mentorship ($79/month)
The Group Mentorship programme follows the same terms as the 1-on-1 Mentorship:
- Month-to-month recurring billing through our secure payment provider.
- Cancel at any time by contacting us via email. Cancellation applies at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
- 7-day satisfaction guarantee on the first month of enrolment only.
6. Free Starter Pack
The Free Starter Pack is a complimentary educational resource delivered via email. As no payment is required, no refund applies. You may unsubscribe from related email communications at any time.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for any eligible product or service, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to hello@bossfxcademy.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Product Name]".
- Include your full name, the email address associated with your purchase, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation of your reason for the refund.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
8. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed through our payment provider and returned to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed on our end.
9. Exceptions
BossFx Academy reserves the right to deny a refund request if:
- The request is made outside the applicable refund window.
- There is evidence of abuse, such as repeated enrolment and refund requests.
- Course materials or proprietary content have been downloaded, shared, or redistributed.
